Short Description
Magnetic bars are made with rare earth magnet and stainless steel. The magnetic force is 2000-14000 Gs.
Magnetic Bars are also the building blocks of many magnetic systems and are used to filter product streams for the removal of very fine ferromagnetic and weakly magnetic particles (such as swear debris, rust, stainless steel wear particles, heavy metal impurities as well as plating layer debris from dry or liquid products).
The magnetic bar is also as important inspection tools for the purpose of material quality assurance.

Characteristics
1.Standard bars diameter is 25mm, length can be customized, the max length up to 3000mm. Other diameter size, square, and water drop shapes are acceptable.
2.The surface of magnetic bar is made of SUS304 or SUS316L, which confirm to food and medical grade requirements.
3.Full seal welded structure (for wet, liquid, slurry, weak acid etc.).
4.Various ends --- nail head, thread hole, double screw bolt and other kind ends are also available.
5.Peak surface Gauss is over 14000 Gauss 6.Usual max working temperature is 80℃, we can offer up to 350℃.
