Suspended Plate-Type Magnets for Iron Removal

Suspended Plate Magnet are designed for effective tramp metals extraction from the high volume material by installation above Conveyors. Using big size ferrite and properly designed configuration ensure the tramp iron can be taken from thick layer material flow by heavy duty plate. For fine metal powders in thin layer material flow, light duty plate made of rare earth magnet is available also.

Supplied with deep mounting tapped holes in the back of plate or four eye bolts, these plate magnets can be rigidly mounted with threaded bolts or suspended by eye bolts using cable or chain systems.

Widely used in the conveyer belts of environment protection, resource recycling and the paper industry. Permanent Suspended Plate-Type Magnets for Iron Removal are made of either Ferrite or NdFeb magnets. The magnetic surface is of Stainless Steel. Suspended plate Magnets are designed to effectively remove tramp metal. For instance remove magnetic material on the belt conveyer, vibration conveyor, electric-vibrating feeder and feeder groove, to protect the crusher from damage.

Installation:

The installation of a permanent suspended magnet is relatively straightforward. The magnet is suspended above the burden stream running on the conveyor, and the  burden stream passed under the magnet. The magnetic field of the magnet attracts the ferrous material, which is then collected in a separate bin.
When installing thistype magnet,customers usually need to weld a shelf, the suspended magnet sits on the shelf or is suspended this shelf via sling, and adjust the height of the sling and the angle of the suspended magnet to keep the iron removal in an optimal working state
